Must have Skills:

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • Know our course offerings inside and out so that you can answer sales related questions (for which paid sales training will be provided)
  • Outbound Calling: Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential customers, using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers. You should be able to go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
  • Sales Excellence: Communicate the features and benefits of our offerings clearly and persuasively using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Strong Follow Up is given high preference.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, with the opportunity to earn attractive commissions and incentives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolutions to maintain satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of: customer interactions with data for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company; Successful sales; Lead status; database updation with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information
  • Adherence to Organizational Standards: Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • 12th certificate, graduates will be preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales (preferred) or Proven Sales Role

Other Requirements & Key Points:

  • Applications will not be entertained without a resume/CV
  • Ideally Gurgaon Based Candidate.
  • After 6 Months, Option to WFH for 25% of Weekly Hours & After 12 Months: Option to WFH for 50% Hours.
  • Fully Paid Onsite Training.
  • Working Hours: Flexibility to Start between 9:30am to 11:30am.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
