Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The role includes managing customer interactions, creating sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Associate will also work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Customer Interaction and Sales Support skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the BPM or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
