Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Officer Municipal who will lead business growth in the Municipal Water & Wastewater Treatment sector. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with Municipalities, Water Boards, and EPC contractors, with proven experience in tender-based project sales and revenue achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales & collection targets for assigned territories.
- Meet and build relationships with key stakeholders Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Municipal Decision Makers.
- Register Euroteck as an approved vendor with potential buyers and government departments.
- Identify and manage tender opportunities from pre-tender activities to bid submission and post-tender follow-ups.
- Collect and analyse market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
- Coordinate internally for documentation, proposal submission, and project execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and product presentations to build brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Sc in Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: 35 years of sales experience in STP / ETP / Wastewater Treatment / Environmental Engineering domain.
- Proven experience in handling Municipal/Govt. clients and tenders.
- Strong network with Municipalities, Water Boards, and EPC companies.
- Should have handled sales targets of 20 Cr+ annually.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English & Hindi; regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
