We are urgently hiring for Finance MIS Manager for our corporate client in Hyderabad.

Salary
- upto 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage MIS reports, financial dashboards, and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Analyze company financials including revenue, cost, receivables, projections, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key business KPIs.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) performance, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS and financial reports.
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance / Commerce / Accounting / MBA (Finance).
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in MIS, financial reporting, or business analytics.
  • Strong command of Power BI, Advanced Excel, and financial data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and general accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large data sets and multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Skills:Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle).
  • Exposure to automation tools or data visualization software beyond Power BI.
  • Prior experience in reporting for senior management or CXO-level stakeholders.
