Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
• Collaborating with business leaders and support functions for gathering input for forecast/AOP purposes of various cost and responding to their queries
• Understanding of the Segments and Functions of the business (Segmental and Functional Reporting)
• Analyse financial performance, variances, and trends to provide insights and recommendations
• Preparation of month end accruals, reconciliation of account balances and reports/schedules
• Analysis of monthly Revenue and intercompany charge outs
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed related to Finance and Accounting

Basic Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 2 years (or) Semi Qualified Charted Accountant/Cost Accountant (CA/CWA/CMA) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance and Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA) with 4 to 5 years of experience in FP&A or related financial accounting (RTR – GL Accounting) role
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
