Summary

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in creating modern, user-centred web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma or similar tools, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Your focus on usability, aesthetics, and interactive design will be key to delivering outstanding user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging, intuitive, and responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Clients, Product Managers, Full Stack Developers, and other stakeholders to define UX requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across applications.
  • Conduct basic user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and follow industry best practices.
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Must-Have Skills
  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows and collaborative design environments.
  • Interest in motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations.
