About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Senior Lead/Architect to drive the design and development of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in modern front-end technologies, deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to lead design and engineering teams toward high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI/UX architecture, design, and development for complex, large-scale applications.
  • Drive end-to-end design strategy, ensuring seamless user experience across web and mobile interfaces.
  • Provide technical leadership across front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
  • Ensure designs adhere to responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized standards.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into engaging UI/UX solutions.
  • Integrate front-end applications with backend services, RESTful APIs, LMS systems, and SSO/SAML authentication.
  • Advocate best practices in usability, design systems, and front-end architectural patterns.
  • Oversee code reviews, front-end quality, and maintain design consistency across products.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), and version control (Git).
  • Mentor UI/UX designers and front-end developers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1116 years of experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end architecture, or design leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (Angular, React).
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Proven experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance interfaces.
  • Experience integrating with LMS systems, SAML authentication, and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and cloud deployment environments (Azure/AWS).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading UI/UX teams or driving product design strategy.
  • Exposure to design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures or design systems.
