Role Overview

We are hiring a
Lead UI/UX Designer
to drive the design vision and experience of our flagship product. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who can balance strategy, execution, and team mentorship while shaping a world-class fintech & Web3 experience from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design strategy for StrateFai's platform
  • Build design foundations: research frameworks, design systems, component libraries
  • Translate complex fintech and blockchain concepts into intuitive user experiences
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer-ready assets
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence roadmap decisions
  • Ensure design meets accessibility and compliance standards
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior designers as the team expands

What You Bring

  • 5+ years
    of UI/UX design experience with a strong, product-focused portfolio
  • 2+ years
    in fintech, crypto, or Web3 (must-have)
  • Experience owning design projects from concept to launch
  • Strong proficiency in
    Figma
    and modern design tools
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction patterns, and design systems
  • Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean, intuitive UX
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Early-stage startup experience
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/React
  • Experience across Web, iOS, and Android
  • Knowledge of trading, portfolio management, or investment platforms
  • Contributions to design communities or thought leadership
