Role & responsibilities :

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. The role primarily involves designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.

The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Responsibilities include conducting basic user research, creating personas, and improving user journeys to enhance usability and user experience.

The role also requires designing visual assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for icons, banners, marketing creatives, and supporting design elements. The candidate will maintain and update design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

The UI/UX Designer will support developers by providing detailed design specifications, responsive layouts, and design assets, and will participate in design reviews and iterations based on feedback. Additionally, the role includes ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with current UI/UX best practices and trends.

Preferred candidate profile :

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Figma and a good understanding of UI/UX principles. They must be able to clearly understand client requirements and convert them into user-friendly designs. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an added advantage. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with clients and teams are required.
