As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the user experience of our product. You will ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimised for improved usability and usefulness, working with many employees across the company.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
  • Incorporating customer feedback and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, user-centric design solutions for our clients.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Adhere to our branding guidelines across digital products and marketing materials.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively across all levels of the business, including directly with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work with clear creative vision and market impact.
  • Must have experience in any prototyping tool such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs ready for developer handoff.
  • Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, colour, layout, and branding.

Special Requirements

  • Experience conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
