Role Description
The CNC Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training programs on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to corporate clients and trainees. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, guiding learners in operating CNC machinery, and ensuring safety and compliance standards during practice. Trainers will also assess trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in troubleshooting technical challenges during training. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
Qualifications
- Expertise in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in technical training methods, curriculum development, and conducting hands-on workshops.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, CAD/CAM software, and machine tooling techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with trainees and corporate clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC equipment.
- Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is preferred.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards for CNC machining.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, with relevant certifications in CNC programming or machining considered an asset.
