Role Overview

We are hiring a
Cyber Security Trainer
with strong communication skills and good foundational understanding of Cybersecurity concepts.

Freshers with strong communication + interest in cybersecurity are welcome.

Full trainer training will be provided in CEH, Penetration Testing, Mobile PT, and SOC.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery (Offline Classroom Training)

  • Conduct
    onsite classes
    for Cybersecurity programs at the Pune center.
  • Teach modules such as CEH, Networking, Linux, Web Pentesting, Mobile PT, and SOC basics.
  • Deliver hands-on labs, demos, tools, and practical exercises (training will be provided).

Student Support

  • Solve technical doubts during and after class.
  • Guide students with labs, assignments, and practical activities.
  • Maintain attendance, performance records, and feedback.

Content & Lab Development

  • Assist in creating PPTs, labs, assignments, and real-world scenarios.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support demo sessions for prospective students.
  • Coordinate with placement and academic teams for student performance improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have

  • Strong verbal communication & teaching ability.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts:
  • Networking
  • Linux
  • Ethical Hacking fundamentals
  • Basic tools knowledge (Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark preferred but NOT mandatory)
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Immediate joiner
    availability.
  • Willingness to work
    onsite at the Pune center (no hybrid/WFH).

Good to Have

  • CEH / Security+ knowledge.
  • Internship or projects in Pentesting, SOC, or Ethical Hacking.
  • Experience conducting workshops or presentations.
