Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the accounts and finance team.
  • Support management in financial decision-making, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Handle vendor and client account settlements and reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • Proven experience (8–12 years) in accounting/finance with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
