Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/Ind-AS/IFRS).
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of books.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and MIS reports.

Costing & Manufacturing Accounting

  • Implement and monitor cost accounting systems for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Calculate and analyze product costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Track material consumption and reconcile with production output.
  • Support management in pricing decisions through cost analysis.

Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, fixed assets, and depreciation.
  • Conduct stock audits and ensure alignment with ERP/MIS records.
  • Implement internal controls for material movement and wastage.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances relevant to manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and tax auditors) for timely completion of audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounts staff.
  • Collaborate with production, purchase, stores, and sales teams for accurate financial data.
  • Prepare financial analysis and present insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional certification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing unit.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with cost audits and standard costing systems.
  • Exposure to export-import documentation (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and MIS dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹75,000.00 per month
