We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance. The ideal candidate will oversee production, optimize processes, and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement. This role requires expertise in solar component manufacturing, leadership in ISO and 5S implementation, and a strategic mindset to enhance productivity while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes aligned with company goals.

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Manage plant budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment, while optimizing cost efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.

Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to support innovation and process enhancement.

Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture and accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the solar energy sector.

Expertise in ISO standards, 5S methodologies, and lean manufacturing practices.

Strong technical knowledge of solar component production processes and industry standards.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.

Commitment to environmental sustainability and compliance with industry regulations.
