We're a Hyderabad-based, European-focused study-abroad consultancy helping Indian students move to public & private universities across 18+ EU countries through our 120-Day Fast-Track System.

Role Overview

Your job is simple — turn inquiries into enrollments through clarity, trust, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and qualify genuine prospects.
  • Conduct 5 strategy calls/day via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp or Phone Call
  • Diagnose student goals, background, and timelines → recommend the best EU options.
  • Present the Switch Abroad Fast-Track System (timeline + pricing).
  • Follow up via WhatsApp, calls, and CRM until closure.
  • Coordinate with the operations team post-payment for smooth onboarding.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: ₹12,000–₹16,000 / month
  • Commission: 7% per sale (premium consultation)
  • Bonus: ₹10,000 for every 15 closures
  • Referral Bonus: ₹2,000 per student
  • Realistic Take-Home Potential: ₹35K–₹60K+ monthly

  • Speak fluent English, Hindi & Telugu.
  • Have inside-sales experience (EdTech, Real Estate, or Insurance preferred).
  • Understand consultative selling and emotional intelligence.
