A Senior Inbound Calls Sales Executive is responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting them into customers through consultative selling. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage the sales cycle, meet targets, and often mentor junior staff. Key duties include responding to leads, assessing customer needs, recommending products, closing deals, and maintaining CRM records. Core responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads: Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and chats from potential customers.
  • Qualify leads: Assess leads based on criteria like budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) to prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Consultative selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and present tailored product or service solutions, highlighting their benefits.
  • Sales cycle management: Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including negotiating terms and contracts.
  • CRM and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet sales targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Team and cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and with other departments to ensure seamless customer handovers.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior sales staff to help them develop their skills.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Experience: Proven experience in an inside or inbound sales role, preferably with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Sales skills: Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft skills: High level of initiative, self-motivation, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
