**Key Responsibilities**:
**Drone Operations Management**:

- Plan and coordinate drone spraying schedules across multiple farm locations.
- Manage deployment and maintenance of drones, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily activities of drone pilots, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during operations.
- Maintain inventory of drone equipment, accessories, and consumables.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of critical components (e.g. spare parts, pesticides, fuel, batteries).
- Track the condition of drones, schedule regular maintenance, and manage repairs as needed.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with local aviation and agricultural regulations for drone operations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments before and during operations.
- Provide training and guidance to pilots and ground crew on safety and operational best practices.

**Team Coordination**:

- Supervise and support the team of drone pilots and ground staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate skill development training.
- Resolve operational challenges and disputes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

**Vendor & Client Relations**:

- Act as the point of contact for farmers and other clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing service-related issues.
- Collaborate with pesticide vendors and other suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

**Data & Reporting**:

- Manage operational data related to drone spraying, including area covered, pesticide usage, and flight times.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, efficiency, and challenges to senior management.
- Utilize data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably within the agriculture or drone technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of drone regulations and experience in managing drone fleets.
- Experience with agricultural practices and pesticide handling.

**Work Conditions**:

- Extensive fieldwork, requiring regular travel between locations.
- Involves working in rural environments and close coordination with agricultural teams and stakeholders.
