Job Description:

We're looking for a highly analytical and data
-oriented Produ
ct Analyst with 1.5-2 years of experience to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll empower our Product Manager with deep insights, driving the development of effective features and ensuring we hit our targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Derive & Showca
    se Insights: Proactively analyze complex data to uncover product performance trends, user behaviors, and areas for optimization. You'll build the required data pipelines and dashboards with accurate insights.
  • Guide Produ
    ct Strategy: Provide Product Managers with clear, actionable insights into feature impact, user engagement, and overall product health, fueling continuous improvement.
  • Understand
    Operations: Collaborate with our operations to grasp execution nuances and identify where data can drive efficiency.
  • Measure &a
    mp; Monitor: Define key metrics, set up tracking, and continuously monitor product performance against goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1.5-2+ years in a Product Analyst or similar data-focused role with a track record of actio
    nable insights.
  • Stro
    ng Data Skills: Advanced proficiency with data manipulation (SQL, Python/R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looke
    r, Quicksight).
