We are looking for a Counselor / Client Relationship Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will engage with clients through calls, chats, emails, and in-person meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

We are Gremin Media Music Production, dedicated to providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients. Our focus is on building meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and offering solutions with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, chat, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance or support.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times.
  • Draft clear and professional written communication (emails, proposals, follow-ups).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, English.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully.
  • 12th and Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in counseling, client service, or relationship management is a plus.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
