Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:- Lead end-to-end Project Management for large-scale Network and Security infrastructure deployments. Work closely with clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Project Support - Work with Team members Onsite/Offsite to address and resolve Issues/Escalations. Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team, ensuring team have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks/deliverables on time and within limits. Prepare and Maintain MIS Reports, Dashboards and Project Action Points (PoAs) Tracking, Reporting and Monitoring Project Deliverables. Manage Project Governance, Compliance, Documentation, and Change Control Processes. Customer Interaction and multiple Stakeholder Management. Operate effectively at all levels including Customer Management to maximize opportunities and improve Customer Service. Actively Drive, Participate and share data for Daily, Weekly & Monthly Performance Review of the Project and Dashboard Preparation through Project related Tools. Track and control Project progress against Milestones and SLAs, execute project management administrative tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents. Willingness to learn and work on new technologies and solutions. Coordinate with network engineers, security analysts, and OEM partners for seamless execution. Overall Operations Management and shall act as a first point of contact for Support, Resource Management, Customer Management, Escalation Management, SLAs, etc. Maintain a Run-Book, Track and Escalate Issues/Risks/Dependencies/Progress as needed while maintaining thorough documentation. Tracking of problems from 'initial call' to 'restore to service'. This includes problems redirected to Third Parties who provide services. Willingness to travel based on project requirements Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with BFSI or Government Sector Clients in managing Network and Security-related projects. Hands-on knowledge of ITIL practices and cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). Familiarity with OEMs like Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, Radware, etc. Certification in CCNA/CCNP, CISM, or CISSP is a plus.
