Scope of Role: We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications for SP Jain London School of Management from India. The ideal candidate will have the ability to both write compelling marketing content and design engaging graphics for digital and print campaigns.

This is a hands-on role that requires both content writing and graphic design capabilities. Candidates who only manage or coordinate with writers/designers will not be a fit for this position.

Job Purpose: Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support student recruitment and brand building for SP Jain London.

  1. Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for digital ads, emailers, newsletters, landing pages, and social media.
  2. Design campaign graphics, including digital banners, mailers, social posts and more.
  3. Create and maintain marketing calendars, manage approvals, and ensure timely rollout of campaigns.
  4. Monitor campaign performance and share insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  5. Maintain a consistent brand voice, design aesthetic, and messaging across all touchpoints.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree graduate / MBA graduate

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably within higher education or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive marketing content and design creatives across digital and print formats.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently with remote teams.
