Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Contract Engineer located in Mumbai. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing project timelines. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting site inspections, preparing and reviewing technical documents, and addressing any engineering issues that arise. The Engineer will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of all construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction project management and engineering principles
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documents and drawings
  • Skilled in conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to address engineering issues promptly and effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Relevant certifications in construction management are a plus
  • Experience in the real estate sector is beneficial
