Job Description :-

  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure terms are accurate, compliant, and favorable to the company.
  • Contract Administration: Administer all contracts to ensure that they remain valid and are updated as necessary, including changes and modifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and offer strategic solutions or alternative strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled by both parties and that project milestones and deliverables are met on time.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure clear understanding and implementation of contract terms.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Contract Manager

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in contract management within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CCMP, CPCM)
  • Experience with project management software tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
