About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive / MIS Analyst
 to join our growing team at 
SpyHealth
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and providing insights that support business decisions and operational efficiency..

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to prepare accurate MIS reports.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, trackers, and databases for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Automate data processes and streamline reporting systems using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Identify trends, variances, and data inconsistencies to support management in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and customized reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all business and employee data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years
     of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    MS Excel
     (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) and 
    Google Sheets
    .
  • Experience with 
    Power BI / Tableau / SQL
     (added advantage).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
