Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Operations department. The role involves data reporting, performance monitoring, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency through accurate MIS processes.

Key Responsibilities- Data Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboards.
  • Validate production, inventory, and dispatch data for accuracy.
  • Create performance reports for management review.
  • Track KPIs covering productivity, turnaround time, and efficiency.

Operations Coordination

  • Monitor inward and outward stock movement and update records.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and QA for data collection.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely entries in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Maintain proper documentation and operational records.

Process & System Efficiency

  • Support ERP data accuracy and daily transactional entries.
  • Identify process gaps and assist in improving reporting flows.
  • Automate repetitive reports where applicable.

Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze business trends, deviations, and operational risks.
  • Provide insights to optimize supply chain and facility performance.
  • Assist leadership with ad-hoc analytics and project reports.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query preferred).
  • Experience with ERP or MIS reporting tools.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation ability.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of MIS or reporting experience, ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
