Location: Bangalore. Consultants must be based in Bangalore, as on -site presence will be required as part of the role Work Mode: This is a long -term engagement with a hybrid work model.Administer and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand learning platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience for LinkedIn users. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with the platform. Collaborate with TPE and business stakeholders like Go -to -Market, Trust and Safety, Legal, GTO/ Talent Development and LinkedIn Learning teams to support their current and future strategic initiatives such as implementation and configuration of new features and modules. Monitor system performance and usage, identifying and resolving any issues or inefficiencies. Support integrations between Cornerstone and other downstream and upstream systems. Develop key documents like knowledge articles to support the success of end -users and maximize their utilization of the platform. Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Cornerstone and related technologies and bring recommendations back to LinkedIn. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the platform to provide a seamless experience for end users. Create and generate reports and analytics to identify trends, proactively address issues and track usage, performance, and outcomes. Requirements3 years hands -on configuration, systems administration and report development with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar learning management systems. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem -solving skills. Solid understanding of the core application with ability to think broadly and see the larger picture. Self -starterwith ability to collaborate well across teams and functions.
