Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for managing daily on-ground operations, monitoring security activities, reporting and addressing potential risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational protocols. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with both clients and internal teams, conducting site inspections, and maintaining operational efficiency within the assigned jurisdiction.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to oversee field operations
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of industrial security practices and risk management strategies
  • Experience with on-site inspections and compliance checks
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and crisis management
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or prior experience in the industrial security or defense sector is a plus
