Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Representative based in Pune
to drive both
B2B and B2C client acquisition
. The ideal candidate will have
at least 2 years of experience in mutual fund sales
and a proven track record of generating investment business.

This is a
full-time role
with a fixed salary of
₹25,000 per month
plus
performance-based incentives
.

What You'll Do

  • Acquire new clients across
    B2B (corporates, partnerships) and B2C (individual investors)
    channels.
  • Educate clients on mutual fund investment options and help them onboard on
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring investments and SIPs.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager/founder.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

Who You Are

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in mutual fund sales or financial product sales
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    mutual fund products, SIPs, and investor behavior
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a
    fast-growing fintech environment
    .

Compensation

  • ₹25,000/month fixed salary
