SAP ARIBA Sourcing / Contracts / SLP Consultant (3-4 Years & 5-10 Years Experience):

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for AMS Support, Implementations, configurations, and optimizing SAP Ariba upstream solutions, ensuring seamless procurement operations and integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Ariba Implementation & Support:

At least 1 end-to-end SAP Ariba Upstream implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

At least 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream Support activities with Knowledge on CIG and Ariba – MM Integrations

Configure and customize Ariba Contracts, SLP, Sourcing, and Commerce Automation modules.

Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP Ariba applications.

Business Process Optimization:

Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba solutions.

Optimize supplier management, contract lifecycle, and sourcing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Ensure best practices in procurement digitalization, contract management, and supplier onboarding.

Integration & Data Management:

Work with SAP MM, FI, and AP teams to integrate Ariba with backend ERP systems.

Support data migration, master data governance, and catalogue management.

Troubleshoot integration issues with SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and middleware platforms.

User Training & Documentation:

Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Conduct end-user training and workshops for procurement teams.

Technical Skills:

SAP Ariba Configuration: Strong expertise in Ariba Contracts, SLP, Sourcing.

SAP ERP Integration: Knowledge of integrating Ariba with SAP MM, FI, AP, and S/4HANA.

Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP): Expertise in supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and qualification workflows.

Contract Management: Hands-on experience in contract authoring, approval workflows, and clause libraries.

Sourcing & Auctions: Strong knowledge of RFI, RFQ, RFP, e-auctions, and sourcing optimization.

SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG): Experience in integrating Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA using CIG.

Workflow & Approval Configuration: Ability to configure Ariba approval workflows, notifications, and compliance rules.

Having Knowledge on Commerce Automation with be an added advantage : Experience with Ariba Network, supplier collaboration, e-invoicing, and PO automation.
