 Position 1: Ariba Upstream & Downstream Consultant

 Location: Bangalore

 Experience: 3-12 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a SAP Ariba Consultant with expertise in both Upstream and Downstream processes. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), and Buying, ensuring seamless procurement and contract management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ariba Upstream (Sourcing & Contracts, SLP)

Manage end-to-end sourcing events within Ariba.

Create, review, and maintain contract templates and agreements.

Oversee supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and performance tracking (SLP).

Ensure compliance and governance in supplier management.

Ariba Downstream (Buying & Procurement)

Streamline procurement workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Support catalog and non-catalog purchasing, requisition approvals, and invoicing.

Ensure seamless integration between Upstream and Downstream modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Ariba Sourcing & Contracts – Strong experience in RFX management, contract lifecycle, and supplier negotiations.

 Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) – Expertise in supplier onboarding, compliance, and performance evaluation.

 Buying & Procurement (Downstream) – Hands-on experience in requisitioning, purchasing, and invoice processing.

 Integration Knowledge – Understanding of Upstream and Downstream module connectivity.

 Position 2: Ariba Upstream Consultant

 Location: Bangalore

 Experience: 6-12 Years

 Work Mode: Work from Office

 Employment Type: Full-Time

 No. of Open Positions: 5

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Ariba Upstream Consultant with expertise in Sourcing, Contracts, and Upstream Procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end sourcing events in Ariba.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and supplier efficiency.

Oversee contract lifecycle management, including creation, approvals, and renewals.

configure and maintain Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing & Contracts).

Streamline procurement workflows and enhance data integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA).

Provide functional expertise and training to business users on Ariba Sourcing & Contracts.

Identify opportunities to automate and optimize procurement processes.
