Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba solutions to streamline procurement, sourcing, and supplier collaboration processes. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient procurement solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP Ariba implementations, integrations, and rollouts.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Ariba solution designs.
  • Configure Ariba modules including Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Manage integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S/4HANA.
  • Support procurement, sourcing, contract, and supplier lifecycle processes.
  • Conduct system configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules.
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation.
  • Good understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
  • Experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
