Role and Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Sourcing, including configuration and testing
  • Lead design workshops to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
  • Execute FIG / GAP analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Work on integrated scenarios between SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP ERP (ECC/S4H)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Manage and support master data integration with SAP
  • Implement RFQ integration with Ariba Sourcing SR
  • Ensure smooth integration of Ariba RFP Award with S4H PO/Outline Agreement
  • Understand supplier integration with Ariba Sourcing
  • Conduct Sourcing Requests, RFI, RFP, and auctions
  • Ensure compliance with Ariba Contracts and CLID process
  • Provide expertise in procurement domain knowledge
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing, with expertise in Guided Sourcing
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations of SAP Ariba Sourcing
  • Proficient in FIG / GAP analysis, configuration, and testing (SIT & UAT)
  • Strong knowledge of integrated scenarios between SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP ERP (ECC/S4H)
  • Experience in executing design workshops and converting business requirements into functional specifications
  • Familiarity with various sourcing processes such as RFQ, RFI, RFP, and auctions
  • Previous exposure to Ariba Contracts, Contract Compliance, and CLID process
  • Hands-on experience in master data integration with SAP
  • Knowledge of S4H RFQ integration with Ariba Sourcing SR and Ariba RFP Award integration with S4H PO/Outline Agreement
  • Understanding of supplier integration with Ariba Sourcing
