Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Developer / Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Developer with strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and Oracle database development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, advanced SQL/PLSQL skills, and the ability to analyze business requirements to create technical design documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
  • Design and implement solutions using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
  • Configure and develop integrations using Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL and PL/SQL queries in Oracle databases.
  • Develop Linux OS scripts to support automation and system operations.
  • Work with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for workflow configurations.
  • Analyze business requirements and produce detailed technical design documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams using Microsoft O365 applications and MS Teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable & Billing modules.
  • Expertise in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
  • Integration Broker experience with REST/SOAP services.
  • Advanced SQL & PL/SQL in Oracle databases.
  • Linux OS scripting experience.
  • AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) experience.
  • Experience creating technical design documents from business requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
  • Proven experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in public sector organizations (Federal, State, Local Government).
  • Experience with Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
  • SharePoint, Jira, and STAT experience.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile framework.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
