Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Second Saturday & All Sundays
Leave Policy: 1 Paid Leave per Month
Job Description:
We are hiring an Accountant Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and practical exposure to accounting tools, along with the ability to train and mentor students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions in accounting concepts and software.
- Guide students/interns with practical exercises and assignments.
- Share real-time exposure to accounting practices (Tally, GST filing, etc.).
- Evaluate students' performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain proper training reports and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, GST filing, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Perks & Benefits:
- Fixed working hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
- 2nd Saturday & Sundays off.
- 1 Paid Leave per month.
