Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior System Administrator located in Hyderabad. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software, monitoring system performance, ensuring the security and reliability of all systems, and providing technical support to staff. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting issues, performing regular updates and backups, and collaborating with other departments to support their IT needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
  • Proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Strong skills in monitoring system performance and ensuring security and reliability
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to staff
  • Experience in performing regular updates and backups
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus
