Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior System Administrator, located in Hyderabad. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. The role includes daily monitoring of systems, performing regular backups, managing user accounts and access controls, and implementing system updates and upgrades.

  • System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
  • Network Administration and Information Technology skills
  • Experience with IT security measures and protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
