Role & Responsibility :-

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Ensure timely filing of taxes (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and regulatory compliance with government authorities.
  • Perform audits (internal, statutory, and tax audits) and liaise with external auditors.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and banking operations.
  • Conduct financial risk analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and corporate laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial operations.
  • Support the preparation of board presentations, MIS reports, and investor documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest amendments in tax and financial regulations.
