Job description

Primary Purpose:

The Chartered Accountant role is responsible for organizing and managing client assignments and projects, including the completion of assignment tasks and project components as well as coaching, advising, and directing team members in meeting client and self-development expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Financial Strategy: Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability goals.

Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing the annual budget, as well as providing regular financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks, such as market volatility, credit risk, and operational risks.

Capital Management: Managing the company's capital structure, including raising funds through debt or equity, and optimizing the use of financial resources.

Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to assess the performance of the retail business, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate investment decisions.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including tax regulations.

Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of finance professionals, including controllers, accountants, and financial analysts.

Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the executive team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives and growth initiatives.

Investor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, as well as participating in investor communication and presentations.

Cost Control: Implementing cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Cash Management: Managing cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations and fund growth initiatives.

Financial Technology: Leveraging financial technology and tools to streamline financial processes and enhance decision-making.

Ethics and Integrity: Upholding the highest ethical standards in financial practices and fostering a culture of integrity within the finance team.

Manage all financial aspects of the Aditya Vision

Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and taxation laws.

Prepare and submit necessary tax returns and documents.

Advise on tax-efficient strategies for the project.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with external partners, such as banks, auditors, and financial advisors, to support the financial goals of the company.

Reporting - will directly report to the Top Management of the company

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3 + years of CA experience with emphasis in Ability to handle work independently.

Qualification – CA

Experience of Accounts, Taxation, MCA related works with CA and Audit Firms. 

Auditing for a variety of industries
