Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate who has worked in Petrochemical / Specialities Oil / Lubricant Industry need only apply
Will be primarily responsible for Export Sales which includes :
of company's international sales goals and profitability.
Browse companies details, product list & market research in order to generate leads.Drop introductory emails to clientsAll the external email communication routed through export sales coordinator only.Approach to clients telephonically & through email to attract and generate new business across the globe.Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submittedfor pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to salesCoordinate with Legal team to develop international sales contracts in foreign marketsPrepare Export Sales MIS and reporting to ManagementOther activities as per Management discretionDesired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Must be a Graduate with years of working experience into Export Sales from Petrochemical / Specialities Oil / Lubricant Industry
Should be having sound understanding about International Market
Should be conversant with all applicable Government Norms
Should be having Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Must be a Computer Savvy
