Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Manager located in Kerala, India. The ERP Manager will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing ERP systems to ensure efficient business processes. Daily tasks include analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to improve business processes. Additionally, the ERP Manager will oversee project management activities related to ERP system enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and understanding of Business Processes
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the educational or healthcare sector is a plus
