As a consultant, you will play a critical role in gathering requirements, implementing best practices, providing system configuration, and supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP will be critical in providing guidance and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials and PPM modules).
- Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, gather functional requirements, and translate them into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions.
- Configure and test Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, etc.) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to meet client needs.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance in best practices for financial management, project tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within Oracle Cloud.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and users.
- Assist clients in data migration, integration, and system testing.
- Support the preparation of functional documentation, including user manuals and process flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuous collaboration.
- Stay current on Oracle ERP Cloud product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure solutions remain innovative and effective.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and/or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, PPM, and Project Costing.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and upgrade projects, including hands-on configuration and testing.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and best practices in project management.
- Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and deliver complex Oracle ERP Cloud solutions on time and within scope.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a consulting environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in consulting and working with large organizations or consulting firms.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations across multiple industries.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
