Job responsibilities towards recruitment and on boarding:-
Final round with Short listing candidate and Selecting the best candidates
Salary negotiation & Fixing of Salary.
Responsible for issuing offer, joining and appointment letters.
Preparation of their JD/ KRAs (Job Description or Key Result Areas).
Initiate new policies in recruitment to ensure fast recruitment
Conducting Exit Interview and trying down attrition rate.
Responsibilities towards attendance and punctuality :-
Responsible for the payroll and statutory - pf. Esic
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality of the employees.
Monitor employee attendance in register and keka HR app.
Annual Review and Appraisal of each employee.
Good exp of Keka app
(Responsible for the payroll, Statutory compliance,Recruitment,Reports,Employee separation, all other roles of admin & HR etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
