JOB DESCRIPTION: CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (Account Manager)

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with years of progressive experience in finance, mandatory 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. The CA will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the Organization, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

  2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

  3. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.

  4. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial goals.

  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  6. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive team, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial regulations, liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12-15 years of experience in finance, and corporate finance.

Mandatory:- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.

Highly efficient in Accounting, Tax compliance/GST.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial modelling

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.

Location :- Udyog Vihar, Phase 5 Gurgaon, Haryana

6 days working.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80, ₹105,000.00 per month
