Job Title: Chartered Accountant Accounts & Finance (NBFC)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Compliance, specifically within the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) sector.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial decision-making to support business growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory reports as per applicable accounting standards and NBFC regulations.

- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

- Ensure strict adherence to statutory, tax, and RBI compliance requirements applicable to NBFCs (including RBI returns, GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.

- Liaise effectively with auditors, banks, rating agencies, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless compliance and operations.

- Monitor and manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, fund management, and maintaining capital adequacy as per RBI norms.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, providing actionable insights to management.

- Implement and continuously improve internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes tailored to NBFC operations.

- Oversee loan book accounting, provisioning, and asset classification in line with RBI guidelines.

- Ensure Ind-AS / IFRS compliance in financial reporting.

- Prepare and support board presentations, investor reports, and facilitate regulatory inspections.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of NBFC regulatory framework, RBI guidelines, and financial reporting standards.

- In-depth expertise in Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance related to NBFC operations.

- Hands-on experience in ERP / Accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or similar systems.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.

- Proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- Additional qualifications such as Diploma/Certification in Finance, Law, or Company Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage
