Job Title: Business Analytics Professional (Tableau + SQL + BI)

Experience: 5 8 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office per week)

Job Description:

Xebia is hiring experienced professionals with expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Business Analytics. The role involves developing interactive dashboards, conducting business analysis, and creating impactful BI solutions that empower decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau & Amplitude
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Lead data visualization projects and guide best practices in dashboard design & UX
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams on analytics delivery use-cases
  • Mentor team members and drive BI solution implementation

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong experience with Tableau, SQL, Business Analytics
  • Experience in dashboard design & visualization techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have:

  • Amplitude experience
  • Team handling exposure

Eligibility:

  • Experience: 5-8 years
  • Mode: Hybrid (3 days office/week)
  • Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Pune, Gurugram & Jaipur
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners to maximum of 3 weeks
