Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students from leads provided.
  • Provide course information, admission criteria, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Follow up with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions or academic team.
  • Maintain student inquiry logs and update records in the CRM system.
  • Support the admissions team in processing application forms and required documents.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Use modern tools and technologies (like ChatGPT, Google Workspace, MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM dashboards) for daily communication, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Maintain and manage digital communication channels (such as WhatsApp, web chat, or inquiry forms).
  • Contact companies and organizations for student placement opportunities and maintain professional relationships with industry partners.
  • Promote and sell institution-related software or digital services to clients and partner companies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum a Degree in any field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in front desk, telecalling, admissions, or sales support.

(Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

  • Good spoken communication in English and Malayalam (or local language).
  • Basic computer knowledge — MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, Data Entry.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in educational institutions, admission, placement coordination, or software sales.
  • Familiarity with student databases or CRM tools.
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools for drafting messages, emails, and reports.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable as per institutional requirements).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
