Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Quality located in Noida. The Assistant Manager – Quality will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of the services delivered by the team. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, conducting quality audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, providing training and feedback to team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills
- Ability to oversee teams in different geos
- Experience in Performance Metrics Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Strong knowledge of Quality Improvement Initiatives and Process Optimizatio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the digital business services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
