Position: Assistant Manager – Quality
Job Location: OH, Noida
Educational Qualification
B.E / Diploma (Mechanical/ Automobile) - Full-time from a Premium Institute
Minimum Years of Experience
10~15 years of experience with a role in QMS & Advance Quality Planning
Nature of Experience
Automotive business is preferred with a lean manufacturing environment
Role:
Quality Management System – Assistant Manager & Management Representative (MR)
Quality Management System
Ø Third-party audit compliance related to IATF 16949, ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 OHSAS & TISAX.
Ø QMS documents control, Updatation & alignment with corporate procedures.
Ø Preparation & Implementation of Product, Process & System audits.
Ø Preparing plant MIS data & conducting the MRM (Management Review meeting) with involved stakeholders.
Ø Preparation of an annual training plan to upgrade the skill enhancement of the operation team on Core tools, Quality Procedures, Problem-solving & monthly review of the progress.
Advance Quality Planning
Ø Member of APQP team to ensure on-time and effective product development.
Ø Ensure the capture of issues at NPD and the taking of CAPA.
Ø Preparing & updating the PFD/ FMEA/ CP /WI/ Formats for new products & the ECN in running models.
Ø Prepare, submission & follow up with customer for PPAP approval.
Ø Supplier change-related activity taken up with the customer for approval.
Ø Change control during New Product Development & for the running parts.
Ø IMDS preparation & update on customer portals
Technical Skill and Experience:
§ Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes – Forging, Machining, heat treatment, gear manufacturing
§ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and automotive standards (IATF 16949); Qualified IATF Auditor.
§ Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
§ Knowledge of problem-solving methodology - 8D/ DMAIC
Soft Skills:
§ Continuous improvement oriented-actively generates process improvements following a Lean approach
§ Dynamic, quick thinking and flexible
§ Attitude to work in stressful situations, should be able to protect customer interest in case of difficult/ conflicting situations
§ Must be able to work as part of a team and have the drive and determination to succeed in a challenging and highly motivated environment
§ Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
§ English fluency written and spoken
§ Interpersonal and communications skills and customer relations
