Job Summary:

We are hiring passionate and skilled professionals for multiple positions in Manufacturing Operations. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth Production Processes, Quality Control, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Utility for Solar Module & Cell Manufacturing with continuous improvement initiatives in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization and cost reduction.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and other improvement projects.
  • Prepare and maintain production documentation and reports.
  • For Senior Engineers/ AM/ DM : Lead small teams, mentor juniors, and drive efficiency projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in Solar, Auto Components or EMS.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (5S, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic systems and production machinery.
  • Candidates having exposure of
  • specific skill set should have knowledge about Programming of Machinery e.g. Sting Operator etc.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience:

  • Fresher: Willingness to learn and adapt to manufacturing environment.
  • Experienced (1-10 years): Hands-on experience in Production, Quality, Maintenance & Process Engineering.
